Catalog order:

1. Rural area only: Minimum order(group order) is RM500*, standard order amount is RM800
2. Rural area only: Delivery* and order service charge base on price per item is from 5%(min)
3. City area only: Minimum order is RM100
4. City area only: Delivery service charge within 5KM of city area(workplace or home) is RM10
5. We prefer payment collection in advance(order process usually took 3 business days). Upon goods arrival today, by next working day items will be delivered if no tight schedule. 
6. Coordinator/Associate - all catalog provided by stockists come with small charges from RM1-RM2.
7. Item order cannot be return such as Avon, Homelife, Tupperware & Sophie Paris
8. Spoil item change to the same item "No charge". 
9. First change size for shoes "No charge".
10. If exchange for the code item. Even 1st time will be charge transport(Women-RM3.00/Men-RM5.00)
11. Change of pattern RM2.00-RM3.00(Blouse)/RM0.50-RM1.00(Jewellerry)

Our branded perfumes are 100% authentic & imported from Europe. They are not imitation products, 90% ORIGINAL & 10% QUALITY CONTROL for ingredients on physical quality, or some of these authentic perfumes are not fulfilling the specification of manufacture.

2. How we sell our own fashion products at lower price than most retails? 
Our price is cheaper because we sell by pre-order with wholesalers and our online service don't need high monthly overhead to operate. There's no store rental to keep our products, hired extra staffs and other expenses.

3. For Kuching only, cash payment by cash on delivery(COD) or order by cash term collection with minimum order amount from RM100(contact us online for the procedure).


4. ATM payment method: cash bank-in or bank transfer by personal ATM (contact us for our personal banking detail)

How to make online order with Poslaju:

1. Place your order by using the contact Form include particulars as listed below. 
Please provide us the details as below for order :

- Email
- Mobile no
- Recipient(valid Postal Address)
- Ref no/Catalog no/Item No/Item name
- Colour(if applicable)
- Size(if applicable)
- Quantity

2. State your payment method (we will be notified to confirm by email with your detail, ITEM order amount plus POSTAGE(referred Poslaju below) of the TOTAL amount. Please bank in the total amount within 3 days after the order is confirmed, otherwise the order will be canceled. 
Note: We will only proceed goods delivery after payment is received.

3. After the payment is made, please let us know by sending the following details:

- Transaction Date

- Transaction Time 

- Transaction Amount 

Note:

1. Your item will reach the recipient address within 2 weeks (not included weekend & public holiday) upon received of payment.

2. After the transaction is done, any cancellation of order will not be entertain, please consider clearly before placing an order.

3. Alternative postage express is Gdex service.
